I just signed up, where are my credentials?

Once you sign up, we will send you a confirmation email with your password. Sometimes, these go to your spam folder. If you don’t see it there, please inform Technical Support. so we can investigate.

You can reset your password by going to the Lost password page so you will be able to log in.

How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password, go to the Lost password page to start the reset process. Enter your email address or username and a password reset link will be sent to you via email.

How do I change my password?

Once you are logged in, go to the Account detail page from your account dashboard to change your password.

Once you are logged in, go to the Account detail page from your account dashboard.

How do I change my address?

Once you are logged in, go to the Addresses page from your account dashboard.

Where do I find my account information?

Once you are logged in, you can see and edit your information by going to the My Account page which is your dashboard for all of your account information.

From your dashboard, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details including your name and email address.
