Okay, let’s see if my photo hosting service works. It offers a variety of methods/links, but I seem to have gotten it to work with the simplest “link” copy offered.

A Stetson Chatham fur felt fedora in Caribou, accompanied by my pair of 642-1’s. Then, a Broner Above the Rest model lite-felt wool crushable hat, in Navy, braced by my pair of M&P 340’s.

Apparently I can only edit a post twice before the Edit option disappears in the header, so I’ll try a different method in this followup post.

It appears I can “hotlink” a copy into a thread and go right to the pic, instead of just having a link appear that must be clicked on.

Newest Broner fedora added this week, a grey one, accompanied by my 37DAO. Yep, that’s an old-style 37-2 Airweight, which came from the factory modified to DAO for a canceled overseas contract several years ago.

Cut out the trigger guard, and you almost have a Fitz. Can it go single action like a Fitz?

Nope. Strictly DAO. No SA cocking notch. If I remember right, that canceled order was for something like 800 +/- units, and while they were released through some of the vendors S&W uses to sell off old stock, the numbers were somewhat limited due to the nature of the small order. By the time I learned about the canceled order the factory had already released all of their stock to their vendors, and I had to have a local cop shop find one in-stock at one of the major vendors.
