Eagle Grips’ Secret Service stocks are the only alternative to Spegel’s Boot Grip. Like Spegel Boot Grip stocks, Eagle Grips’ stocks fill in the space behind the revolver’s trigger guard while leaving the backstrap and butt exposed. This design gives the shooter an optimum grip on the weapon without compromising concealability. Eagle Grips recently improved the “scalloping” on the left side of their stocks to more closely mimic Spegel’s Boot Grips therefore permitting the shooter to use the widest variety of speedloaders.
In addition to being available for a wide variety of Colt, Charter Arms, Ruger and Smith and Wesson revolvers, Secret Service stocks are also available in a choice of materials. These include both rosewood and ebony in either a smooth or checkered surface. For the J-frame owner there is also the option of Buffalo Horn.
The availability of Eagle Grips’ Secret Service stocks permits nearly every snub owner the option of outfitting his snub with an optimal self-defense stock.
